Very Simple Birthday Card

I've been asked to make birthday cards for the women at church. I'd need to make up to 18 per month. In order for me to do this, they would have to be simple, because I would have to sort of mass produce them.

This is the first possibility. I used Graphics 45 Cafe Parisian papers. I fussy cut a rose from the paper and although it isn't obvious, I popped it with foam tape, as well as the banner. The birthday banner is a Heartfelt Creations Young At Heart stamp, but I think that set has been discontinued.
