Jan 28th Card Challenge

The last card challenge was to create a card based on a specific card design posted by the January 28th hostess on RefuPeas, like creating a card from a sketch. I did vary slightly in that I used a 3D flower instead of a stamped image for the center of the scalloped circle, and I added a die-cut sentiment at the bottom right of my card.

The papers I used are very old, from the Bazzill Basics Divinely Sweet line. I made the ruffled flower using Heartfelt Creations Poppy stamps and die.
