CARDtober Challenge #3 Holiday Card w'Layers

This challenge is to make a card based on any holiday, with an extra challenge to use layers. I am also trying to use scraps throughout the month, and I found some cute fall/Halloween paper scraps to use for making my card. The stamped kitty in the pumpkin is one of my favorite stamps. The spiderweb is from a pack that I found at Tuesday Morning a month or so ago. I only used half of one.
