CARDtober #10 Holiday with Ribbon or Twine

I printed and cut this little Frankie from the Silhouette Design Store back in September while I was practicing the print and cut ability of my Cameo. I never got around to using Frankie till now. Today's CARDtober #10 challenge was to make a card in a holiday theme, and also to use ribbon or twine on it. I have far more twine than ribbon, especially with colors that are more Halloween.

I used scraps to make the card, too. Everything was left over from some other project.
