Christmas Stocking

Our youngest son and daughter-in-law live with us. She works at a Day Care Center. The owner gave each of the employees a stocking to decorate, since parents sometimes want to drop off little gifts to the teachers. She asked for my help in figuring out what to do with it. I had some beautiful Christmas ribbon, lots of Silhouette designs to choose from, and my Cameo. This is the result:

She took it in to work today. From what she saw of the other teachers' stockings, most seemed to be minimally decorated with glitter glue.  She's probably going to get labeled an "overachiever" for this, but she was delighted with it, and it was fun to work together on it.

When we started, it looked pretty plain and cheap. It's amazing what a little HTV and pretty ribbon can do.
