2020Apr14 RP Sunshine & Rainbows Challenge Revisited

I haven't posted the card that I made for the challenge, other than here. Because it included some of the elements that I will be using for the challenge I am posting next Tuesday, I decided to make a new card for the Sunshine and Rainbows challenge.  I still used the same background paper, and I will still be using the same paper for next week's challenge (I'll be the host), but at least most of the paper is covered in this card.  I used circle dies to make the rainbow, and Silhouette Design Store files for the sun and clouds. The stamped sentiment is from My Favorite Things Polynesian Paradise stamp set, which I cut with a Spellbinders die.
